Newlight schools – Ziwa is a co-educational center offering quality education to learners at the Pre-primary (Early years’ education), Primary, Junior Secondary and Secondary school levels. The school was established in September 2015.
Newlight schools Ziwa’s focus is academic Excellence, Talent discovery and development and spiritual growth of its members.
We aim to imparting the learners with both knowledge and values that would enable them to fit well into the society and to excel in their career life.
Our school is geared towards preparing, molding and developing learners to realize their fullest potential by giving every learner an opportunity to discover and develop their talents and abilities.

Our Newlight Ziwa School’s Early Years Education centre (EYE section – formally ECDE), Primary and Secondary school sections are strategically placed to provide educational solutions for parents in the sense that all children can get placement in our school at any level of their formative ages.
At Newlight schools Ziwa, our key focus is the pursuit of Excellence in Academic work, Talent discovery and Development and Spiritual growth based on sound Christian doctrines in a learner centered environment.

Recently in Kenya we had a change of the curriculum from the 8-4-4 system that started in the year 1985 to 2-6-3-3-3 system referred to as CBC (Competency based curriculum).
The vision of the basic education curriculum reform is to enable every Kenyan to become an engaged, empowered, and ethical citizen.
Newlight Schools- Ziwa will ensure this is achieved by providing every learner with world class standards in the skills and knowledge that they deserve and which they need in order to thrive in the 21st Century.
