Teachers alone can never run a school smoothly. Newlight schools Ziwa also includes members of non-Teaching (Support) staff. They provide specialized instructional support as well as support to pupils/students while they utilize school facilities. They also participate in the running of other school income generating activities. They play an important role in ensuring that learners operate in a safe and supportive learning environment.

The support staff of our school work in sections which include:

• Administrative services: Accountant, Procurement officer and Secretaries
• Transport services
• Catering services
• Educational support: Lab technicians, ICT assistants, Library and stores.
• Cleaning and laundry services
• Boarding services: Matrons and Janitors
• School compound and Farm: Grounds men, school farm hands and dairy farm workers

Our support staff is a very supportive team that offers services to the satisfaction of our learners. Their commitment to duty is commendable.
